The General Terms and Conditions of the as-system.si online shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international e-commerce codes.

The General Terms and Conditions of Business deal with the operation of as-system.si, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
ACCESSIBILITY OF INFORMATION (SUMMARY OF LEGISLATION)
The supplier undertakes to provide the following information to the purchaser at all times:
- the identity of the company (name and registered office),
- contact details enabling the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
- the essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales service and guarantees),
- accessibility of products (each product or service offered on the website should be accessible within a reasonable time),
- the terms of delivery of the product or service (method, place and time of delivery),
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set out and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
- the method of payment and delivery,
- the time validity of the tender,
- the period within which the contract may still be withdrawn from and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it will cost the buyer to return the product,
- an explanation of the complaints procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service.
RANGE OF PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of doing business online, the AS system online shop's offer changes on a daily basis. All products on offer are in stock. In the event that an error occurs and an ordered item is out of stock or unavailable for delivery, despite the customer being able to add the item to the basket and complete the purchase, the supplier will contact the customer and offer the customer the option of cancelling the order or an alternative solution.
PAYMENT METHODS
The provider currently offers the following payment methods:
Cash on delivery
Sending packages via our partner, Posta Slovenije d.d. Posta Slovenije will charge you an additional fee for forwarding the purchase price (payment order BN02), which is out of the provider's control.
Prepayment by pre-invoice by transfer to TRR
Payment by invoice or tender to the account of the as-system.si administrator. You will receive the account details necessary for the transfer in an e-mail after placing the order. The buyer can wait until he receives a notification that the order status is CONFIRMED and make the transfer only then. The supplier will reserve the order until the money has been received in the bank account or at the latest 4 days after the order confirmation. After that time, the delivery of the goods is no longer guaranteed.
Upon purchase, the supplier shall issue the customer with a paper invoice in addition to the goods, itemising the cost of the goods and delivery.
The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider's server and is accessible to the buyer at any time in his user profile (My Account).
Payment by credit card and payment via PayPal will be available soon.
PRICES
All prices are expressed in EUR and include 22% VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and have no predefined validity. Unless otherwise specified, the Supplier reserves the right to change prices daily. The prices applicable are those confirmed by the customer when placing an order in the online shop. The prices quoted for items in the online shop do not include postage costs.
Shipping costs are charged separately. In the case of an order of goods with a value of up to € 50, the delivery costs are charged at € 10, in the case of an order with a value of € 51 to € 100, the delivery costs are charged at € 5, which is more than € 100, the delivery costs are charged at € 0 or the delivery is FREE.
Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the supplier will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, while the supplier will offer the buyer a solution to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the provider (the buyer receives an e-mail about the order status = Confirmed). From that moment on, all terms and conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE AND PACKAGE STATUS
Order in queue - After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted into the queue. At this step, the customer has the option to cancel the order within one hour. Information on the status and content of the order is always available to the Buyer on the Provider's website (My Account). If the Buyer does not cancel the order, the order will be processed further.
Order in processing - when the provider reviews the order, checks the deliverability of the ordered items and confirms or rejects the order with a reason. The Supplier may call the Buyer's contact telephone number to verify the details or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
Order confirmed - The system again notifies the buyer by email that the order has been confirmed. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the Buyer and the Provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage. The goods will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (Sundays and public holidays are excluded from the 24 hour period).
DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE
The goods or services will be dispatched/prepared for collection by the tenderer as soon as possible. Each order will be processed on the same day or within 24 hours at the latest (Sundays and public holidays excluded). In the event that this is not possible for any reason, the Buyer will be informed before or immediately after the order is placed, and in any event before it has been confirmed by the Supplier.
Delivery or shipping charges are calculated at the time the order is placed and include VAT.
WARNING!
If the postman wants to charge you postage even if the amount of your order exceeds €100, please remind him that the postage has already been paid by the as-system.si online shop.
The total purchase price including delivery only covers the value of the goods purchased and the delivery, but not the payment costs. When paying by cash on delivery, Post Slovenije will charge the buyer an additional fee for forwarding the purchase price (payment order BN02), according to the official Post Slovenije price list, which is €0.96 up to the value of the parcel of €96.00, and for parcels with a higher value, the cost of remittance is 1% of the value of the parcel, but not more than €5.01.
RIGHT OF RETURN
The Buyer has the right to return the purchased goods, undamaged and unused, in their original packaging, with all the relevant receipts attached and a copy of the invoice, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The Buyer may send the goods by post to AS system d.o.o., Obrtniška ulica 14, 3240 Šmarje pri Jelšah (shipping costs to be borne by the Buyer) or deliver them in person to AS system d.o.o., at the same address, by prior arrangement by telephone on 040 934 316.
The Provider will refund the Buyer the full purchase price for the returned goods - excluding shipping costs, as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.The Buyer must notify the Provider in writing in advance of the intended return by e-mail to info@as-system.si or by post to AS system d.o.o., Obrtniška ulica 14, 3240 Šmarje pri Jelšah. The customer must provide the details of the order (order number) and contact details.
WARRANTY
Products ordered and purchased in the as-system.si online shop are subject to warranty conditions in accordance with Slovenian legislation. The warranty is valid subject to compliance with the instructions on the maintenance of the goods and upon presentation of a photocopy of the invoice.
By prior arrangement, the warranty can also be claimed at AS system d.o.o., Obrtniška ulica 14, 3240 Šmarje pri Jelšah.
SAFETY
The Provider uses appropriate technological and organisational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Provider guarantees that it will treat the personal data of customers confidentially, protect them carefully and will never transfer or sell them to a third party - except in the case where it is obliged to do so by law.
The Provider will only use the data obtained for:
- the smooth execution of purchases,
- personalisation,
- statistical analysis in order to improve the functioning of the website and services,
- publishing relevant content,
- sending e-newsletters. If you do not wish to receive these, you can always unsubscribe from the newsletter system.
COMMUNICATION
The Provider will contact the User by means of distance communication only if the User does not expressly object.
CHILD PROTECTION
Advertising messages will be clearly visible (age-appropriate) and clearly separated from games and competitions. Any communication aimed at children will be age-appropriate and will not exploit children's trust, lack of experience or sense of loyalty.
The Provider shall not accept an order from someone whom it knows or suspects to be a child without the express permission of the child's parents or guardians.
DISCLAIMER
The Provider shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published on its Sites is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery period or the price may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer of the changes and give him the opportunity to cancel the order or to exchange the item ordered.
Although the supplier endeavours to provide accurate photographs of the items sold, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The Provider complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The Provider shall make every effort to comply with its obligation to establish an effective complaints handling system. In the event of a complaint or claim, the Provider will acknowledge receipt within five working days and inform the Customer how long it will take to process the complaint or claim and keep the Customer informed of the progress of the procedure.
The Provider acknowledges that an essential characteristic of consumer disputes, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is their disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in settling the dispute itself. The Provider shall therefore use its best endeavours to resolve any disputes amicably.

REORGANISATION OF AS SYSTEM'S BUSINESS UNDER COVID-19
COVID-19 had the effect of reducing the company's revenues, increasing inventories and trade receivables, so that the company was forced to take measures to change its processes. To relaunch the company, we started looking for new solutions to complement the product range and introduce new services.
Objectives of the operation:
- To reduce the impact of revenue shortfalls and to relaunch the business.
- safeguarding jobs
By setting up high-tech and productive equipment to increase the range of products and services at As system, the company will reduce hazardous waste (less discarded oil, less other metal waste). The retention of employment or the increase in the number of employees in relation to the increased business volume of As system will not only have an impact on the economic development of the border municipality of Šmarje pri Jelšah, but also on the social development of all the citizens of Šmarje pri Jelšah.
