AS system has constantly strived to improve, add and expand its product range as well as the breadth of its customers. Based on this, we decided and started to produce screws to order in 2015. Over the years, we have expanded our production programme of custom-made screws to the point where we are now seeing our product range in the automotive, wood, and electrical industries.
Our current production programme of custom-made screws includes the production of screws from M3 x 4 to 6 x 50. Metric thread, wood thread, UNC thread, special thread according to the customer's wishes and requirements. Our monthly production capacity is 30 million screws. The production park which gives us this capacity is completed with the following machines: 13 thread rolling machines, 5 Jorny Joo machines, 17 Carlo Salvi machines, and 3 washing machines, which ensure that the screws are washed before further processing of the screw. The bolt protection can be chosen according to the customer's wishes and requirements. For the production need, we only need a plan of your bolt and the necessary quantities.
