AS system is well known in Europe and worldwide. Our co-owner is UEV Auslandsbeteiligungs GmbH from Germany.
We are target-oriented and want to satisfy the needs of our customers with quality, and to successfully continue the ASFIX brand. We guarantee quality fastening and complete satisfaction of our customers.

- In Šmarje pri Jelšah we have a high rack pallet warehouse + assembly lines
- In Bistrica ob Sotli we have a complete production machine park

Company history:
The company was founded in 1993 by Cvetka and Aleš Seidl. In 2010, the Voss family from Germany joined them and became 50% co-owners. In 2011, we build a high rack warehouse in Šmarje pri Jelšah, and in 2015 we upgrade it to production premises and relocate the steel anchor machinery from Tržič. Also in 2015, we expand our production capacity to forged bolts - bolts made to order. As we are a fast-growing company, we purchased a cold forging machine for steel anchors in 2020, and due to space constraints, we purchase an office building in Bistrica ob Sotli in 2021 and relocate the entire production. In the same year, we also bought a new machine park for the production of plastic products. Due to the high demand from all over the world, we purchased an additional cold forging machine for steel anchors in 2022 and with it the entire assembly line.
